Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you'll lead and inspire a team of carers and senior carers to provide outstanding, person-centred care to every resident.

You'll oversee care delivery within your community, ensuring care plans are accurate and up to date, medication is managed safely, and residents receive the support they need to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You'll also support the development of your team through coaching, mentoring and leading by example.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a positive environment for residents, families and colleagues alike.

A positive, professional and compassionate approach
A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well

You'll be organised, approachable and committed to developing others, helping to create a culture where residents and colleagues can thrive.
