We are recruiting experienced and compassionate complex care Support Workers / Care Assistants in Elham to join our team. Your Role: You'll be providing dedicated one-to-one care for an engaging and sociable 18-year-old young man with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established care package, supporting an individual with a fantastic sense of humour who loves Formula 1, football, music, and social interaction. Our client has cerebral palsy affecting all four limbs. He communicates non-verbally and uses eye gaze technology. He has epilepsy (infrequent seizures), is PEG fed, and requires administration of medication. Care is provided within our client's family home, which is fully adapted and equipped with specialist facilities, including ceiling hoists, an adapted bathroom, and a pool.
