Senior Care Assistant Role:

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant in our Complex Care Division. As a Senior Carer your role would involve working day shifts in our South Kent division, in the locations of Deal, Folkestone, Ashford, Dover and New Romney.

You work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a permanent contract, as well as the option of overtime. We are looking for carers who are keen to work full-time hours however part-time roles are offered.

The training you will receive:

We will provide paid classroom-based training when you join us, with paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision provided by our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. Additional paid training is also provided to meet client-specific needs.

We support Senior Carers who want to grow their skills and progress within the company.

When you join us, you'll receive:
  • Competitive rates of pay - £16.10 - £18.40 per hour (day rate)
  • £22.92 - £30.56 per hour for bank holiday work.
  • Paid mileage of 45p per mile over 20 miles from your home.
  • Permanent contract.

Senior Care Assistant Requirements:
  • Previous 1 year of clinical care experience, including PEG feeding, bowel management, and ventilation experience and tracheostomy experience.
  • Commitment to a full-time contract.
  • Access to your own car is essential.

Requirements
  • Over 1 year of experience supporting complex care
  • Experience with seizure management, PEG, tracheostomy, bowel management
  • Clean full UK driving license and your own vehicle
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to a fulltime contract (plus alternate weekends)
