Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dedicated Medway CAMHS team from 1 st April 2026. The Medway CAMHS Community team provides a service to children and young people (under the age of 18 years) living in Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham, and Strood. Rochester has a CYP population of 5 156, Gillingham has a CYP population of 18 203, Chatham has a CYP population of 13 583, and Strood has a CYP population of 6004. The team is a generic Tier 3 CAMHS team who undertake assessment and treatment of a range of disorders in children and young people including ADHD, ASD, Mood disorders, Psychosis, PTSD, Anxiety disorders, emerging personality disorders and challenging behaviour.
