Where necessary, complete Court of Protection (COP) applications and attend hearings.</li><li>Protect adults in need of support services in accordance with legal requirements, including conducting safeguarding enquiries and self-neglect interventions.</li><li>Promote independence, prevention, re-ablement, and self-determination by facilitating effective communication with families, carers, individuals, and other agencies.</li></ul>
 Essential Skills: <ul>
<li>SWE registration.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team and travel to the Watergate PCN area as needed.</li><li>Experience in safeguarding and self-neglect interventions.</li></ul>
