Job Description

Position: Registered Manager

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary Range: £50,000 - £55,000

After the successful launch of our client's first residential children's home, we are now seeking a Registered Manager to open their second home located in Stoke-on-Trent! As the Registered Manager you will lead a staff team who will provide high quality care and support for up to 3 vulnerable young people between the ages of 8-18 yrs. You will need to have experience supporting individuals with EBD and Complex Care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a commitment and care to providing children and young people the highest quality of care and support
  • Be responsible for ensuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are met, in line with Ofsted's
  • Continuous support and leadership to the staff team's knowledge and understanding of child protection practices and processes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, social workers, and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Legislation's
  • Experience leading a team effectively to provide the highest quality of care and support to Children and Young People in a residential setting
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Driver and ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent
