What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of social workers within the Intensive Integrated Support Team to deliver high-quality services effectively and efficiently
• Oversee caseloads to ensure appropriate action and support are provided in a comprehensive manner
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and meet targets
• Facilitate professional development of team members through guidance, training, and support
