Contract Type: Ongoing, Full-Time (35 hours per week, Locum)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to lead a Family Help/Safeguarding Team within Enfield. What You Will Do:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of social workers to maintain high safeguarding standards
• Oversee assessments, care planning, and delivery of family support services
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to develop effective safeguarding plans
• Monitor team performance and implement service improvements
• Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks, policies, and best practice standards
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Significant experience in children's safeguarding and family support services
• Previous management or supervisor
