What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a Duty Locality Team delivering high-quality services to children and families

• Support and oversee social workers to ensure safe, timely, and effective decision-making

• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and support vulnerable children

• Monitor performance and implement service improvements where required

• Represent the team at multi-agency meetings and contribute to strategic planning
