What You Will Do

  • Provide strong operational and practice leadership to social workers and support staff within the team.

  • Lead reflective supervisions, performance appraisals, and practice observations to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

  • Work closely with partner agencies to support integrated safeguarding and effective multi-agency collaboration.
