What You Will Do

Provide strong operational and practice leadership to social workers and support staff within the team.

Lead reflective supervisions, performance appraisals, and practice observations to maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Offer oversight and direction for complex child protection and looked-after children cases, ensuring safe and timely decision-making.
