What you will do

Provide leadership, supervision, and professional support to a small team of qualified and unqualified social workers.

Oversee transitions for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring person-centred and legally compliant practice.

Apply in-depth knowledge of the Care Act, mental health legislation, and safeguarding frameworks.

Manage team workflows, prioritising cases to ensure effective and timely service delivery.

Participate in recruitment processes, conducting interviews both virtually and face-to-face.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to improve outcomes for service users.
