What you will do

  • Provide leadership, supervision, and professional support to a small team of qualified and unqualified social workers.

  • Oversee transitions for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring person-centred and legally compliant practice.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the Care Act, mental health legislation, and safeguarding frameworks.

  • Manage team workflows, prioritising cases to ensure effective and timely service delivery.

  • Participate in recruitment processes, conducting interviews both virtually and face-to-face.

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to improve outcomes for service users.
