We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working full time, 42 hours per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care across Dean Grange and Milestones. Dean Grange is situated in Broadoak, Newnham. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. Milestones is a specialist residential service in Cinderford. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

The people we support are encouraged and enabled to lead full and happy lives. They are supported to have more choice and control in their lives. Their strengths, abilities, and preferences are identified so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.

The home is often used as a step-down service from Broadoak, The Old Vicarage and Riverside House. The service can also accept external referrals.

Your day-to-day...
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
