What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of family and friends carers, ensuring they can meet the needs and promote the wellbeing of children in their care.

Provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and support to carers, helping to achieve positive and stable outcomes for children.

Undertake court-related work, demonstrating a strong understanding of care proceedings and legal processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of permanence planning, fostering regulations, and relevant child welfare policies.

Travel when required, including potential out-of-county visits, to complete assessments and provide support to carers.
