What you will do:

• Provide high-quality supervision, guidance, and support to foster carers to ensure positive outcomes for children in their care

• Undertake regular visits and assessments of foster placements to maintain strong safeguarding standards

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions to foster carers, strengthening their skills and capacity

• Work closely with social work teams to support effective care planning and joined-up practice

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of supervision sessions and casework
