What you will do

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Safeguarding & Support Team, ensuring high‑quality services for children and families.
• Partnership Working: Collaborate with partner agencies to strengthen the support network for children at risk.
• Case Oversight: Oversee casework, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and practice guidance.
• Service Improvement: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and team performance.
• Professional Guidance: Provide expert advice, mentoring, and supervision to develop effective safeguarding practice.
