What you will do:
Lead and manage a team of up to 7 social workers, alongside Social Work Consultants, Early Practitioners, and Family Workers.
Provide supervision, guidance, and effective workload allocation to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Chair strategy and Public Law Outline (PLO) meetings, driving forward best outcomes for families.
Oversee and quality assure all written work, maintaining the highest professional standards.
Represent the team in legal clinics, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks and best practice.
Undertake additional leadership tasks and projects in response to evolving service needs.
