What you will do:

Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and operational management to the Complex Safeguarding Team, promoting high standards of practice and performance.

Complex Case Oversight: Oversee complex casework involving exploitation, contextual safeguarding concerns, and other high-risk situations affecting children and young people.

Safeguarding Management: Ensure effective safeguarding interventions are delivered in accordance with legislation, policies, and best practice guidance.
