What you will do
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Assessment and Intervention Team to deliver high-quality safeguarding and child protection services.
- Supervision & Support: Provide expert supervision, guidance, and performance management to social workers and support staff.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and oversee the delivery of robust assessments and timely interventions.
- Partnership Working: Collaborate with schools, health services, police, and partner agencies to deliver coordinated support.
- Case Oversight: Facilitate complex case discussions and ensure effective decision-making and planning.
- Service Improvement: Drive improvements in service delivery and contribute to inspection readiness.
