Key Responsibilities

• Assess the needs and risks relating to children and families and develop effective safeguarding plans

• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and statutory assessments

• Work closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate protective interventions

• Monitor and review cases, updating plans to improve outcomes

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case records

• Prepare reports for case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings

• Advocate for children and families and support informed decision-making
