What you will do:
- Provide expert social work services to children, families, and adults within the North Locality Team, offering support and guidance tailored to individual needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop support plans in partnership with service users to encourage positive outcomes and empowerment.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Possess a degree or equivalent in social work and have current Social Care Wales registration.
- Demonstrated frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, showcasing your capability and understanding of the sector's demands.
