What you will do:
- Undertake thorough assessments, providing immediate and effective responses to safeguard children and families.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of agencies, ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to child protection and welfare.
- Attend strategy discussions and meetings, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
- Manage a caseload with efficiency, ensuring all actions follow statutory requirements and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reporting on cases as needed.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent in social work and current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in UK social services as a qualified Social Worker.
