What You Will Do

• Deliver a high-quality, child-centred social work service to Looked After Children and care leavers.

• Hold and manage a caseload, ensuring effective care planning, pathway planning, and permanence planning.

• Undertake statutory visits, reviews, and assessments in line with legislation and local procedures.

• Prepare and present high-quality reports for Looked After Reviews, courts, panels, and permanency meetings.

• Work in partnership with foster carers, residential providers, IROs, education, health, and partner agencies to ensure children's voices are central to decision-making.
