What You Will Do

• Central Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for SGO (Special Guardianship Orders) and Connected Persons assessments, following positive viability assessments.

• Joint Viability Assessments: Work alongside the allocated child's social worker to conduct thorough viability assessments.

• Case Review & Needs Assessment: Review case records, assess children's needs, and ensure children receive the appropriate support.
