What you will do:

• Assess and review the support needs of children and their parents or carers, ensuring their welfare is at the forefront.

• Attend court to advocate for the most appropriate Orders, whether revoking Care Orders or converting them to Special Guardianship Orders.

• Engage with children and their families, promoting a safe and supportive environment for the wellbeing of the child.

• Develop and sustain effective multi-agency working, collaborating closely with professionals from various disciplines to deliver comprehensive support.

Our team works passionately to discharge Care Orders and support children living with carers under Special Guardianship Orders. We are seeking a Social Worker who can confidently manage the complexities involved, ensuring the needs of these children are met.
