What you will do:
- Assess and support foster carers, ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including birth families, foster carers, and other professionals to support children’s needs.
- Conduct regular visits and reviews to monitor the progress and well-being of children placed in fostering care.
- Deliver training and support programs for foster carers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and present detailed reports for fostering panel and court, as required.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
