The Role
As part of the 0-19 Early Help team, your role will be pivotal in fortifying plans designed to help families enact change without necessitating statutory intervention. You'll provide sensitive yet effective support and challenge to families and staff. This role encompasses line management duties within a Locality based team, requiring engagement in data monitoring and other Quality Assurance activities. What you will do:
- Deliver direct support and intervention to families, ensuring a focus on early prevention and addressing issues before they escalate.
