What You Will Do:

• Undertake statutory assessments under duty and safeguarding responsibilities
• Identify risks and needs for children and families and implement appropriate interventions
• Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to deliver coordinated support
• Produce clear, timely, and high-quality case reports and recommendations
• Manage a fast-paced caseload, prioritising urgent and complex safeguarding concerns
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to safeguarding decisions
• Ensure all work complies with statutory frameworks and local authority procedures

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience in Duty and Assessment or frontline children's services
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and assessment skills
