What you will do:

- Conduct initial assessments of children and families to determine their needs and provide recommendations.
- Work closely with families and professionals to develop and implement plans that ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to crisis situations to provide immediate support and intervention.
- Maintain accurate and efficient record-keeping and documentation to support decision-making.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to coordinate services and support for families.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and case discussions.
