What you will do:

• Conduct Care Act 2014 assessments, carers' assessments, reviews, and support planning with a focus on strengths-based and person-centred approaches.
• Manage a complex community caseload, ensuring timely reviews and responding adeptly to urgent situations to safeguard vulnerable adults.
• Perform Mental Capacity Act assessments and make Best Interest decisions, maintaining high standards of lawful and ethical practice.
• Lead and contribute to Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, adhering to local safeguarding adults procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Masters in Social Work (BA/MA) or equivalent UK-recognised qualification.

Registration & Compliance:

• Registered with Social Work England.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act 1998, and Equality Act 2010.
