What You Will Do

  • Carry out holistic needs assessments and develop support plans in collaboration with individuals and families.

  • Act as a safeguarding enquiry officer, balancing autonomy with protection in line with statutory duties.

  • Work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure joined-up, effective care solutions.

  • Apply key legislation-including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act-to ensure ethical and lawful practice.

  • Use your professional judgement to deliver positive, person-centred outcomes for adults in the community.
