What You Will Do

• Carry out assessments and work directly with children and families to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing.

• Develop and deliver tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.

• Work collaboratively with a range of professionals and partner agencies to ensure cohesive support and interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and service expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in social work.

• Must be available with four weeks' notice.

• Candidates who have held a permanent role within the region in the last 12 months are not eligible for this position.

• The role covers 37 hours, Monday to Friday (specific schedule to be confirmed).
