What You Will Do:

• Carry out detailed assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks
• Develop and implement child-focused protection and support plans
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency partners
• Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant case records
• Manage a complex caseload, prioritising safeguarding concerns
• Participate in strategy meetings, case conferences, and reviews
• Contribute to improving service delivery and safeguarding practice

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience in Children in Need, Child Protection, or similar frontline roles
• Strong safeguarding, assessment, and ris
