Join our team for a unique opportunity as a Locum Social Worker within the Children & Families Team based in the scenic town of Tewkesbury. Earning a competitive £42 per hour, this full-time role is committed for an initial 3-month period. We're seeking an experienced individual to focus on supporting children and families, maintaining an effective and timely service with an emphasis on positive impacts. Your caseload will consist of children in need, child protection, and children in care, which also includes court work responsibilities with a caseload of around 18.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with a wide range of professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Utilise evidence-based interventions to bring about positive outcomes for children and their families.
- Engage in regular team meetings and supervisions, both in the office three days per week and virtually as required.
