Role Purpose

To provide high-quality social work services to children and families, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. The Social Worker will assess, plan, and deliver interventions, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop plans, and provide interventions for children and families

• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver wraparound services

• Liaise with schools, health professionals, and external agencies to coordinate support

• Manage and prioritise a caseload, ensuring statutory duties are met

• Build safety networks and deliver interventions in line with the Signs of Safety practice framework

Applicant Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children and families' services

• Knowledge of statutory frameworks and safeguarding legislation

• Strong as
