What you will do

• Arrange well-deserved respite breaks for families and children.
• Conduct home statutory visits to ensure the welfare and safety of children remain paramount.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify needs.
• Design, arrange, and review comprehensive care plans tailored to unique family circumstances.
• Liaise closely with other professionals, such as occupational therapists, to ensure well-rounded support.
• Organise direct payments and carry out detailed risk assessments.
• Attend reviews for looked after children and support families through parenting assessments.
• Plan and participate in core group meetings and manage Section 47 enquiries.
• Lead educational needs assessments to foster growth and learning opportunities for children.
