What You Will Do:

• Undertake Core Assessments, pre-birth assessments, and risk assessments
• Conduct Section 47 child protection investigations
• Prepare court reports (Section 7 and 37) and provide evidence in court
• Carry out home visits to monitor and safeguard children's wellbeing
• Develop, implement, and review Care Plans
• Lead and participate in core group meetings and case conferences
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals, including police
• Manage care proceedings from initiation through to completion
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience within Children's Services, particularly disabilities and safeguarding
