We have an exciting opportunity for experienced locum Social Workers to join our vibrant Children with Disabilities Team in Bournemouth. What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for children with disabilities, creating and implementing care plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Manage a diverse caseload, including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children cases, ensuring every child receives the necessary support.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals, families, and carers to provide holistic support for children's health and development.

• Participate in regular supervision, maintaining reflective and evidence-based practice.

• Travel as required with access to your own vehicle, visiting children across the area as part of your essential duties.
