What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality support and intervention to children with disabilities and their families

• Complete and review complex assessments and plans in line with statutory duties

• Support the Team Manager and Service Lead with reviewing and progressing outstanding applications, including Deprivation of Liberty matters

• Work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated service delivery

• Deliver targeted interventions that promote children’s safety, wellbeing, and development

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records and documentation
