What You Will Do

Develop and implement care plans for children and young people in the long-term care of the local authority.

Work closely with families, carers, and professional networks to provide high-quality support.

Manage a caseload of children and young people, focusing on achieving positive and sustainable outcomes.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reports in line with statutory and organisational requirements.

Requirements

Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent).
