This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £40.58 with additional holiday pay. We are seeking experienced long-term locum social workers to join our dynamic teams managing Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Looked After Children cases. Applicants must have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in a statutory English Local Authority, in line with Department for Education (DFE) standards.

What you will do:

• Manage and support cases involving children and families, improving outcomes and safeguarding their welfare.

• Conduct assessments, collaborate with families, and participate in multi-agency meetings.

• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child or family.

• Build strong relationships with children and families, providing guidance and support.

• Liaise with other professionals and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding policies.
