What you will do:

As a Social Worker within the Child Protection Team in North Bristol, you will play a key role in safeguarding children and supporting families involved in Children in Need (CiN), Child Protection (CP), and court processes.

• Undertake statutory duties for children and families requiring support or protection.

• Work closely with families to address assessed needs and develop effective safety planning strategies.

• Facilitate positive change and implement permanence plans to secure long-term stability for children.

• Deliver targeted interventions and ongoing support to drive improved outcomes for children and families.

• Engage in multi-agency collaboration with professionals across services to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
