What You Will Do

• Manage and support a caseload of children in care, providing advocacy and consistent guidance

• Work collaboratively with families, foster carers, and partner agencies to meet children’s needs

• Complete assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress to promote positive outcomes

• Ensure statutory duties are met, producing high-quality reports and maintaining accurate records

• Participate in multi-agency meetings to support coordinated care planning
