What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs and formulate appropriate support plans.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of agencies and professionals to deliver integrated and effective services to service users.
- Provide expert advice and maintain accurate and timely case records to ensure consistent service provision.
- Engage and build relationships with service users, encouraging their active involvement in decision-making processes.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to the development of service improvement initiatives.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England is essential.
- Proven significant frontline experience in Social Services as a Qualified Social Worker.
