What you will do:

• Conduct thorough and high-quality child-centred assessments within statutory timescales.
• Identify risks and needs, and make evidence-based recommendations that lead to positive outcomes for children and families.
• Participate in MASH triage by gathering and analysing information from partner agencies.
• Contact families and determine the appropriate threshold for intervention.
• Make timely and well-informed decisions to ensure children receive the right support at the right time.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate comprehensive support for families.
