What you will do:

• Undertake comprehensive Child and Family Assessments, delivering timely interventions and support to safeguard children’s welfare.

• Conduct Section 47 Child Protection enquiries where necessary to determine appropriate levels of care and protection.

• Develop robust safety plans through collaborative work with children, families, and multi-agency professionals.

• Demonstrate and model high standards of social work practice, supporting the professional development of colleagues.

• Respond effectively to urgent situations and complex cases, balancing office responsibilities with hybrid working arrangements.
