What you will do

• Safeguarding Assessments: Conduct Safeguarding Adults Risk Assessments and manage cases involving vulnerable adults.
• Section 42 Enquiries: Lead and complete Section 42 enquiries in line with statutory safeguarding procedures.
• Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure effective safeguarding and support.
• Service User Support: Provide clear advice and guidance to individuals and families throughout safeguarding processes.
• Case Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and contribute to decision-making and case reviews.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Minimum of 18 months' experience in a Designated Safeguarding Officer or Safeguarding Adults Manager role.
• Proven experience conducting Section 42 enquiries.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and adult social care practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
