What you will do
Safeguarding Practice

Undertake safeguarding enquiries in accordance with Section 42 of the Care Act 2014.

Identify, assess, and manage risks to adults at risk of abuse or neglect.

Apply the Making Safeguarding Personal framework to ensure outcomes are led by the individual's wishes.

Develop, implement, and review safeguarding plans in partnership with service users and relevant agencies.
Case Management

Manage and prioritise a complex safeguarding caseload effectively.
