This exciting role begins on 2nd March 2026 and continues through 31st May 2026, offering hybrid working opportunities. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (08:30–17:00), this position is based at the Bentley Training Centre, where free parking is available. What you will do:

- Conduct assessments for adults necessitating care and support within the North Locality.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individuals’ needs.
- Participate in the duty function to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Engage with service users and their families to ensure robust partner relationships.
- Work in alignment with legislative requirements including the Care Act and safeguarding protocols.

Compliance Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS (Adults Barred List) is a must.
- SWE Registration is mandatory.
- Provide a full 2-year referencing history (gaps verified).
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Full work history and photographic ID will be required.
- A signed confidentiality agreement is essential for your role.
