Key Responsibilities

As a Social Worker in the Adult Mental Health Team, you will:

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

  • Develop, implement, and review person-centred care and support plans.

  • Work in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice guidance.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary partners including health professionals and community services.

  • Provide advice, guidance, and support to service users and their families.

  • Participate actively in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records in line with statutory and council requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
