What You Will Do

• Undertake Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure service users receive appropriate and person-centred support.

• Complete Carers Assessments to identify needs and provide access to suitable resources.

• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments, ensuring best interest decisions are robust and lawful.

• Manage legal processes where required, including liaison with legal professionals.

• Provide Duty Work support, responding to urgent referrals and enquiries.

• Lead and contribute to Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, protecting vulnerable adults and promoting wellbe
